Products on this website may not be purchased by individuals under the age of 18. Since it is impossible for Scanlen Knives to screen all online customers, we do not accept liability for the sale of dangerous products to minors. Parents of minors indemnify Scanlen Knives against any resulting damage or injury. Scanlen Knives may collect personal information from children under 18, but will destroy such information upon discovery.

Contract Formation

A binding sales agreement between you and Scanlen Knives is formed when:

3. You have placed an order for selected products and made payment.
   
4. Scanlen Knives has accepted your offer and notified you that your order will be dispatched.

If you choose to pay via EFT, your payment must reflect within 3 business days, or the order will lapse. You will then need to place the order again, at the current product price.

Order Cancellation

To cancel an order before it is shipped, email scanlen@gmail.com to request cancellation. If the order has already been dispatched, refer to our Returns and Refund Policy.

Changes to Website

Scanlen Knives reserves the right to change the information and terms on this website at any time without notice. You should review these terms regularly.

Product prices are subject to change without notice, though the price at the time of purchase will be honored. If a product is listed at an incorrect price, Scanlen Knives reserves the right to cancel the order, with a contact made to offer the correct price or a refund.

Emails from Scanlen Knives are deemed received when you can access and download them. Similarly, your emails are deemed received when Scanlen Knives responds.
